I always love when I get an inquiry in my inbox for an in-home family session. There is nothing quite like capturing families in their own personal space where life is done every day. It is such an honor when my clients welcome me into their homes and trust me to capture their sweet, intimate moments!

There is something so special about capturing babies in their cribs, family snuggles on the couch, jumping on the bed, and relaxing outside on the front steps. This is what everyday life looks like! I love photographing a family living their life in the comfort of their home.

A lot of people may be hesitant because they don’t think their house is “picture perfect”. No home is perfect but it’s YOUR space. I am determined to get every client of mine to see the value in preserving the memories made in their home.

Another upside to in-home family sessions? It’s perfect for the upcoming cold months. You rarely have to be concerned with what the weather is doing outside with these sessions. Light some candles, throw on some comfy clothes and you’ve got a perfect cozy setting!
