Allie and Jason’s wedding at Riverdale Manor was a celebration filled with genuine emotion and candid moments! There was a deep focus on what truly mattered to them; each other and the people they love most. Their wedding day was a perfect reflection of their personalities and desire to keep things real and meaningful!
Allie and Jason chose to do a first look, but in a way that felt authentic and true to them. There was no staging or orchestrating. Allie simply walked out the door, and Jason was there waiting at the bottom of the stairs. A moment filled with raw emotion, their first look set the tone for the rest of their day! Their wedding party was kept small and intimate, allowing everyone to truly enjoy the day without feeling overwhelmed by posed photos or long portrait sessions.
One of the things I loved most about Allie and Jason’s wedding was their desire to keep things simple and fun. We kept the portrait sessions short and sweet, and focused on capturing those candid, genuine moments rather than forcing posed shots. This gave them more time to enjoy their cocktail hour and connect with their guests. It was such a joy to capture their friends and family interacting and celebrating with them throughout the day!
The reception was nothing short of amazing! Allie and Jason wanted their guests to have a great time, and their reception was a true celebration. Surrounded by the people who love them most, they danced, laughed, and made memories that will last a lifetime. The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, beautiful moments, and a lot of fun on the dance floor!
