This Boathouse at Mercer Lake wedding was one to remember! I actually didn’t meet this couple until the wedding day, but I could tell from just a few phone calls that these two were a perfect fit. Dailyn is incredibly organized and knows how to nail in every detail while still being just as sweet as can be. Jayson is definitely more laid back and is there to have a good time. Together though? They are a perfect match. They equally adore each other and want nothing more than for the other person to be happy! I truly loved getting to know and work along side both of them.
Fun fact: Dailyn was the designer behind it all! From invites, to seating charts, to the neon sign behind the head table… everything was absolutely stunning. I am always in awe of other creatives, and her work was just beautiful. Every detail fit the wedding day and couple to a T.
I also love when couples bring in their family heritage to the day. Jayson’s family did an amazing job with that! I have heard many speeches in my photography career so far, and Jayson’s brother’s speech has to be a favorite of mine. The heartfelt humor (is that such a thing?!) was perfection and really attracted the room’s attention!
I thoroughly enjoyed this Boathouse at Mercer Lake Wedding, and I hope you do too!
