I love it when my couples choose a sentimental location for their engagement session. When I asked Eric and Lauren if they had a place in mind, they knew right away. City Island! This place holds a lot of memories for these two, and I’m so thankful they let me capture them here.

If you’re not sure where to do your engagement session, why not go back to where it all started – the proposal! Eric and Lauren got engaged at the Harrisburg Beach Club on City Island. The area around it was the perfect location for their engagement session!

When Eric and Lauren met, Eric used to live in a house right across the river in Harrisburg. They spent many nights together looking over the water to City Island! They always had the best seat in the house for fireworks. What better location to do an engagement session than your favorite view?! It might be tempting to Google “top 10 locations near me”, but I think there is something really special about choosing a place that is unique and special to you. With all that being sad, I, of course, am here to help you with ideas as well on spots to fit your vibe as a couple and still make beautiful, meaningful images!
